One word = Tired

@Strawberryblonde Yesterday was the first day I somewhat felt like myself in MONTHS. Last night, the 50mg of Amtriptiline didn't work- again and I don't want to take 100mg. I need to switch to something else. Maybe Lunesta.

@Strawberryblonde I'm sorry to hear you're tired. Tired of this noise? I now can relate. =( I hope today is a better day for you. <3 I had to take a Xanax in the middle of the night just to get some sleep, I think it lowers the volume of my T or at least the perception. I hate taking it but sometimes it really helps. Can you try it?

@SarahMLFlemmer tired of the noise, very much so. Just having a bad week, had a cold that spiked T, once inflammation goes hopefully volume will lower :) I have diazepam but reluctant to take it.

Not sure what lunesta is? Is it a sleep aid or antidepressant?

Good to have that distraction from your T @Joe Cuber :) have you had or near the snow in california?
