Hi @Strawberryblonde - I was doing better. Took a break from here as it wasn't helping. Had even agreed to start the process of going back to work next week. Got a mould for custom ear plugs done yesterday and although there was hardly any sound involved, I have a major spike. The loudest I think yet. Not sure this is going to do down :(

These spikes have always gone down? Or do they stay the same level and then spike again?
It will go down it just takes a little longer than anybody would like :) you've been through the wars with this and even getting ear plugs made (regardless of spike) is a step forward and even thinking of going back to work :) gotta keep hoping praying a pushing with this @DeanD

@Strawberryblonde - Im not sure if it went down, softened or I got used to, but I think perhaps softened.
Its just the ear crackling that I had increased too.
I've been very much trying, and after eating again I got a bit of a boost. In and out of hospital and tests didnt affect it so thought I was doing better - but when this stuff happens it has a habit of knocking you back down again.

You seem to be on the up with things ever so slowly, its just these spikes that hinder you. But the fact that its softened as opposed to it staying the same is great!! the only way is up for you @DeanD keep pushing and plodding along :)
