I was teased with a decent day yesterday where tinnitus was "very annoying" but not debilitating. Todays a little worse. Really trying to reframe my thought process on it.
@ErikaS Yeah, "reframe my throught process on it" I think is what I'm trying to do too. I know that I have 2 choices; live with it well, or live with it like hell. Either way I choose to think about it, I still have it.
