Happy to hear of your progress! It's an up and down battle with this, but it really seems your trending in a great direction. When your T spikes, does it stay how it presents at baseline, or does it change in character whether it be going higher frequency, more electric, etc?

So good to hear you are on the up @Sammy0225 You are dealing with this in such a good thought out way that works for you. Getting your life back to how it was will give you the joy back that tinnitus has tried to take from you :)

@Sammy0225 i feel you with the getting your life back part. Im doing good i possibly got a breaktrough. My gp said that my ear canal and drum are inflamed this could be the reason for my pain i might have confused it with my H
