Go see an ENT or a hearing aid specialist. They are open on the weekends. Try hearing aids!!!
First thing to do: not panic.
Second thing to do: keep an eye on it. If it doesn't resolve after 24 hours, go to A&E (like @Strawberryblonde said).
Couple of years ago I went (practically) deaf in my left ear for several hours. Thing had rectified itself by the next day.
