Great to hear Sammy. Dont spam those dragon ball songs now. What change did you notice?
Sammy0225
Haha @Jsm_Joestar I love them Dbz soundtracks Vegeta planet namek is a good one.

As for changes I'm mainly down to 1 tone most days. The ''eeee''. It stays pretty low so when I'm playing the game or watching a movie habitation kicks in full force. H is still there unfortunately but working through it

What Currently is gone: TTTS, Reactivity, Dysacusis, 4 tones gone including Morse code and wine glass

So happy for you, @sammy! Does your tinnitus spike a little from the music but quickly die down again? Or no real spike ?
Sammy0225
Hi @ErikaS how is reactivity have u had any improvement since we last talked?

The music I listen to is almost at whispering level so I haven't had any noticable spikes. But I watch it like a hawk

Good for you, @Sammy0225 ! No real improvements for me. Unfortunately my hormonal cycle seems to have quite an affect, so as if my T itself wasn't unstable enough, I deal with swings with hormones ;( not fair.
