Maybe it is in your middle ear? Can you not get it checked out? :)

Did you recently go swimming or use a shower head on your ear?

@Strawberryblonde The fullness comes and goes, now I think it's maybe pressure???

@Jupiterman I have had my head under water to wash my hair but usually I don't have any problems... until tinnitus, of course.

@Anthony2019 Took my kids to their homeschool co-op, did a little shopping, took my son to karate, & Bible study. =) I do probably need to make an emergency ENT appmnt. It feels full in my R ear/pressure to where the R side of my face shakes inside & now a loud flash bang T in R ear- where before that it was loud in my L ear and very faint in my R, now the opposite. It's been 3 days of this.

Perhaps try earplugs when washing hair to prevent water ingression to see if this helps?
SarahMLFlemmer
@Jupiterman Maybe I'll just use the shower head next time. =P

@SarahMLFlemmer have you checked with a GP? I currently have ear inflamattion/infection. Some times it feels like there is fluid in my ear
SarahMLFlemmer
@Jsm_Joestar I haven't. I don't think it's an infection. I'm thinking it's pressure, not fluid. Sounds like an airplane engine??!!
Jsm_Joestar
@SarahMLFlemmer ah thought it could be that because you said it feels like there is water in your ear
