Not even a painkiller? I take paracetamol (acetaminophen) without issue. Can you not take one or do you not wanna risk it? @Sammy0225

You could also try salt water gargle. It'll help with any allergens trapped in the throat/tubes ect. :)

Thanks strawberry I'm going to try the salt water one I hope it brings some type of relief ☺️

I do it for my blocked eustachian/sinus issues and I can actually breath through both nostrils lol its natural too which I like :) @Sammy0225
