Wow look at you go @DeanD !! Sounds like you've got the right protection on, earplugs are giving you any issues? Hoping it is a safe and positive experience :)

@ErikaS and @Strawberryblonde thanks ladies!
It was a nice night.
The music got a little louder towards the end at 80db with speakers at far end (entertainment venue) so we left.
Woke up and t similar to usual, maybe a touch louder and more buzzy, although I know spikes can be delayed.
It was the most human I have felt in the past 6 months.

I think this should work. But remember if at anytime the music gets louder dont hesitate to leave

Are you still dealing with multiple tones @DeanD or have they lessened?
DeanD
@ErikaS - certianly nowhere near as many as I had. I think now its around 3 tones. A hiss, tonal and low hum. The hiss seems to be the most reactive.
Some days more hiss which is nice, but the more noise I expose to the more tonal I seem to get
DeanD
@ErikaS - has your reactivity got any better?
ErikaS
That's great to hear, @DeanD .. no, I can't say my reactivity has gotten any better. I have 3-4 main tones, but then others come in and out depending on sound environment. I'm very frustrated as I cannot say I've experienced an improvement in 3-4 months. My hormone cycle also seems to play a role which is frustrating. I also feel like I need to cut out my baby dose of Ativan, could be holding me back?
