Hi @RingerHisser dont mean to barge in but I would maybe be careful with 65dB masking especially if it's going all night. Seems a bit loud to me but others can comment as well. I know sound enrichment can be good but at just 7 days I think your ears might benefit from a little more "rest"

Also on a positive note I think you should be very optimistic that your T will improve/go away. When I first got T from a ridiculous EDM underground show in a small concrete room, it faded to nearly nothing over a year or two. Would barely notice with foam earplugs in! Just be so careful going forward.

I'm stuck with bad H (insane T too) now but if I had just avoided concerts, worn foam instead of musicians plugs to loud bars, and avoided NSAIDs I think I would have been loving life right now. It seems like a lot of changes but looking back it would be so worth it. I also come from a family that loves to shoot and had to give that up :/

Yeah I'm with @yeezysqueezy 65 dB sounds like too high to me for sustained periods.

Thanks Yeezy, I really appreciate the reply. I will try lowering that volume per your recommendation. Maybe there is a better tone I can find at a lower volume.

realize it was blasting much higher decibels for a long time while I slept. Maybe they made me more susceptible to injury. I never had any problems but obviously my first thought after the injury was assessing the decibels and it was too high. I just had no idea.
