Thank you man! Appreciate it. Yeah, I have a sound machine and I adjusted it so that it was around 60db and it doesn't drown out the sound but it blends it in.

I read that is safe to be exposed to constantly. Also realized for years was sleeping next to it too loud 75-80. It never bothered me though. The gunshot did it.
I was wearing foam plugs too. Did you try prednisone? I'm on it. They rx'd 60mg, I did that the first day but it drove my anxiety really high. I've tolerated 40mg the last 3 days… hoping for the best.
