Hi RingerHisser! I took 5mg Imovane (generic name Pro Zopiclone). By itself it can massively tune out the tinnitus and improve your sleep.

Will look it up. @RingerHisser I take some ambien & currently 1/2 imipramine suppose to be antidepressant. Probably should take a whole one. Other than that I take an occasional bit of valium 5 mg but idk if it makes any difference or not. a tough day like today when I've sat inside all day & had to cancel on meeting out for dinner I wish there was a pill to knock it out at least temporarily. Hi D5vid, read your post. Did you take any medications for sleep or to help you heel mentally?
