Hello Erika. I was taking one pill at night of Mydocalm. It took around two weeks to have a significant decrease in the reactivity, and another week for a substantial decrease in the tinnitus. Around 4-5 weeks into it, I also noticed an improvement in my hearing as I had a small loss at 8,000hz in one ear which I am confident now improved
