I experienced this a few months back when I increased Remeron, but it went away after decrease. This started again a few nights ago, no med changes but in a spike/setback with very increased sensitivity especially in right ear. Wondering if just nerve inflammation? Ugh I don't know I don't seem to experience it sitting or standing.

Are we having identical spikes?

for awhile i was getting this seemingly in association with exercise but now i haven't had it for a couple weeks or so

Is it just a vibration sound, or something that you also feel in your ear/s? If you can also feel it could be something muscular like myoclonus

@PennyCat feeling and sound. Last night when I put my head down to put phone on floor that blood rush exacerbated it. I think spike just has nerves and everything overactive.
