I root for you @PennyCat. Time is a healer. Don't despair, and try not to fight it. The more negative thoughts you attach to it, the harder it is to move forward to better days. I know its not easy, but you can do this once you get over the anxiety. Its ok and normal to feel scared, its a natural response when we feel threatened.
It seems a bit worse the past few days, idk if it's from Zoloft or lack of sleep or anxiety or some combo. I'm so anxious, but I need to stay on the Zoloft. I'm really scared
