A lot of you already do give me encouragement which I appreciate. I think I'm just someone that needs a lot of reassurance.

It seems a bit worse the past few days, idk if it's from Zoloft or lack of sleep or anxiety or some combo. I'm so anxious, but I need to stay on the Zoloft. I'm really scared :(

I root for you @PennyCat. Time is a healer. Don't despair, and try not to fight it. The more negative thoughts you attach to it, the harder it is to move forward to better days. I know its not easy, but you can do this once you get over the anxiety. Its ok and normal to feel scared, its a natural response when we feel threatened.

You are stronger than you think you are. Tinnitus is very hard to measure, and it's also so hard to know what triggers the spikes. If Zoloft helps your anxiety keep taking it. If it's making T to spike there chances it calms down again, it happened to some people. I think Lexapro did some weird stuff to my ears only on the first 2 weeks.

@RainbowCat Thank you <3 I've also seen some people mention it made it worse for a bit and then it settled. I'm not sure if the Zoloft helps yet or not, but I need to be medicated so I'm going to keep trying.

Your butterfly post in the the Photo Album thread was the cutest thing ever.

Take it as a sign. I think that butterfly is watching over you.
