@Strawberryblonde I used to, but not any longer. At least not with Mag. Glycinate. I take it before bed for enhanced sleep.
@Strawberryblonde Hydroxide is not a good type of mag. as its not easily absorbed. Glycinate is highly bioavailable. If you get bloated, dosage is too high. Try with a small dosage first, and increase with tolerance.
I take 400mg magnesium glycinate before bed. No noticeable impact on T but I keep taking it anyway. Maybe helps me sleep
