Do you have noxacusis by any chance? I just had a setback today (live music coming from bar across the street from my apartment) & hours later got numbness in the left side of my face to accompany the ear burning. I'm thinking it's trigeminal nerve involvement.

I'm experiencing similar, it's not bad but just feels pretty warm and hot. But mostly the outer ear and around it by my cheeks. No idea what's caused it unless it was noise exposure 15 hours prior. Never had Nox before so I can't say it's that. (Hope not anyway)

@MadeleineHope I never had noxacusis before so I hope not. I didn't really have anything that would set it off I don't think.
