Dual orexin receptor antagonists (DORAs):
Oldest: Belsomra (suvorexant)
Second: Dayvigo (lemborexant)
Newest: Quviviq (daridorexant)
Reviews don't look as good as I would have hoped. Quite a few reports of sleep paralysis.
