Very welcome, I went on disability & not back to teaching. Compared to 10 yrs ago, way better, with ups and downs. Hyperacusis dissipated. Times when tinnitus is moderate and manageable, and others when it is severe. This past year I had two acoustic traumas and that set things off with varying spikes. I do tai chi, swim, modern dance, garden. Craniosacral therapy and acupuncture help. How r u? Stephan
