fucking thank you. I couldn't insert them properly--spent like 20 minutes in the bathroom before a show sobbing because I couldn't get them in--which is a big reason as to why I have tinnitus in the first place. they're also painful as hell.

Yeah, I know what you mean. It can get so freaking annoying to put them on. The worse thing is when you have the foam plugs on for a long time. The foam plugs inside the ear canal starts to become unbearably painful. When I try to take them out after long use, christ the pain is excruciating
