My H is still active tho I have seen some improvements and my reactive T seems tied to my H. If I have a setback with my H than my reactive T gets worse as well.
@Moni97 Okay thanks, I am glad you are seeing some improvements. I read one of your comments from a while ago and your symptoms seemed similar to mine.
@Moni97 Specifically about the very reactive T and H. Mine also seemed to react to almost every sound, including internal sounds like chewing, swallowing, etc. It was so sensitive even something like putting clothes on and walking seemed to spike it too.
@Moni97 I read that you decided to wear 24/7 ear protection and stay in quiet room as much as possible. Are you still doing that now? Now that you are longer into your recovery period, is that something you would still recommend doing?
