Hey @ErikaS it's okay no worries <3 it's helping me in both spectrums. I'm noticing when I run the tap or fan the reactivity isn't immediately reacting to it. Also the distortion thing is also improving. Little by little I'm calming my nervous system. I think it's going to take Another 6-9 months to get it down completely but I'm very hopeful now (:

"This is my theory on why we tend to develop new tones when we go out on long trips or in public…my theory is that our nervous system is fried which keeps our reactivity constantly on high alert. Even though we may not notice it, our reactivity becomes overloaded when we go out because it's still in a shocked state. So being in moderately loud places further shocks it

This is why we start to hear new tones and why they react strongly when we get back home into a calmer inviorment. If we can calm our nerves, we should see a decrease in these occurrences. This could very well be what happened after your recent trip. If the nervous system isn't calm then it's going to be a brat in public places. Hope this helped my friend, my thoughts are always with you <3 (: @ErikaS
