Woop, woop!
ZFire
No reactivity at all from the crowd noise?

That's great…hope you were wearing hearing protection though especially for the baseball game. These places are objectively loud.

Let's go Yankees!

So pleased to hear it - I hope you had a great time. Keep protecting those ears, though. Keep them in check!

Thank you, everyone! I'm genuinely thankful that I'm in a much better place now than I was a few months ago. Currently, I'm having more good days than bad days, despite setbacks like the one caused by acetaminophen, but it's reassuring to know that even with setbacks, it is possible to keep recovering.

@ZFire only wore earplugs at the baseball game. I used musician earplugs (~17 dB reduction) for about an hour. Stopped wearing them longer as, after 30 mins, I heard slight reactivity. However, without the earplugs, I didn't heard the reactivity at all. When I returned to my quiet apartment, ringing was as soft as a light bulb buzz.

It has certainly been a significant improvement compared to the last baseball game I attended when I was only 2 months in into having tinnitus. During that specific game, despite using 33 dB hearing protection during the whole game, I experienced a substantial spike that lasted for approximately five days, not to mention the screaming reactivity.
