TBH, there is still a good chance that the noise will go silent or lower after 7 months.

My original first T took like 3 years to fade to nothing but it happened!

@yeezysqueezy maybe the milder it is the more likely it fades to zero? Was yours very bad at the beginning?

*3.5 years is even still 'early' and has a chance to fade. (source: me)

It's still early. It can still fade to a lower volume.

My old tinnitus faded over time. Not sure how long it took cause i was so habituated. But the piercing EEEE wasnt there years later when i did tune in to it, just a quiet hiss.

For my first onset it got worse at 6 months in, and then.. it got better. Took 1 year to have a decent level and maybe 2 years to have just a 0,5/10 ringing sometime even silence.
