Yeah, my primary tinnitus sound has been doing this since tinnitus elevated in early 2022. But, it may go a couple days or so as a high frequency hiss or as a high pitched tone, then change again. It's a hiss now, which I prefer more now because the high pitched tone has more very high pitched variable squealing which bothers me even more and is worse recently.

@RunningMan Mine mainly is a hiss but it's not overwhelming. It's loud but mainly when I'm watching TV. I wouldn't want to hear a high pitch squealing. I'd love to have tinnitus at the point when you only hear it in quiet rooms. Maybe some day?
