Sorry, I hope you get some relief soon. I've never heard of Accutane causing tinnitus, only depression.
I can relate to that. I hoped it would get better after 17 months, but it isn't. Too much anxiety, depression, and insomnia still, although it varies day to day, so there are some fair days. No prescriptions except zolpidem.
