You can!!!! And keep telling yourself that breath through the nose it helps calm the nervous system x its been helping me relax a very over active ocd brain <3

I might get better with the noise. Might. However, it's everything else that I need to be carful with that sucks. Mine is impacted by food, drink, sounds, moving my neck, touching the right side of my head. I know, complain, complain /lol !
