Thought you were using one already :O I suggest the Resound App for tinnitus. I use evening forest on level 1 volume on my phone and I find that enough to mask it but not completely then I concentrate on the sound and deep breath through my nose and it works most of the time :)

Maybe try some YouTube videos. That's what I do. I play a 10 hour track of different sounds.

Well I hear alot about sound oasis on the forums. If you happen to have an alexa there is a sound oasis skill you can install on it

Also I found an app call resound tinnitus relief for my phone. It has some good stuff on it

I use an app called white noise. It has pretty much every sound you can think of. White noise. Pink noise. Box fan. Vacuum. Busy street. Ocean. Rain. Thunderstorm. Etc. very helpful.

@SarahMLFlemmer I recommend the best one/most expensive one from Sound Oasis where you can tweak the sound (equalizer). Crisp and clear sound, and lots of options/different types of soundscape.
