I did a couple of times a few months ago but it didn't make any difference to my T. It used to spike with exercise but the effect became smaller each time and now it's not a problem at all.
Cardio exercise increases my tinnitus intensity for a while, but it lowers any depression/anxiety and is a definite net positive. But I tend to do it late afternoon or early evening - never been much for morning exercise with an early work schedule and such.
