  • When waking up, when I first move out of bed I sometimes hear pulsatile T for a few seconds. Is that a cause of concern?

I don't think so. Pretty normal.

    Blood pressure regulation.

Heart has to pump harder after you get up from a night's sleep.

The vascular connection between PT and its occurrences are quite well documented, just for some it takes less than others to trigger. It can also vary in severity over time.
Not sure if T has lowered more. My reaction to it has improved(being busy helps). Enjoying music safely again. Success story is nearing!
Took an iron supplement for two consecutive days and volume seems lower. I used to have iron deficiency, but not sure if it's placebo
Suffering from a pretty strong headache. Is aspirin fine to take? That was my go to before tinnitus but not sure now.

I take paracetamol when I have a headache. Pretty safe one for me.
Maybe try one of them instead.

Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and paracetamol (Panadol) are the same medication. Both drugs are chemically the same: C8H9NO2.

Thanks everyone. I took paracetamol and seem to be fine
Does anyone use portable bluetooth speakers to listen to music? Id like to listen to music again but haven't since I ditched my headphones
Does anyone experience ear flutters in response to certain everyday sounds? Some days I get that. Could it be due to TMJ/ETD/noise?

I don't get the flutters but I get the spasms to certain sounds which is from ttts

Have you tried taking magnesium? It helps tremendously with my spasms

I experience that. Not sure what it's from though.
