Yea my super high pitch tone in my left ear was gone for nearly a week, but is back today. Probably bc I went grocery shopping yesterday. Always seems to come back after I've been out of the house.

Totally get it, mine changes hourly some days... Right now its got a high pitch that is like a laser beam... I dont know if its something to due with medicine induced tinnitus vs non
My tinnitus is always variable over a period of seconds. It's been that way for about a year and a half with the high frequency tinnitus. And then some days worse than others and some days more hissy or staticy rather than single tone, but never a constant level sound. Then the variable low frequency tinnitus, occasional clicking, and occasional TTTS fluttering to boot.
