Super creepy!
Stuart-T
what - the technology - or Case?
SarahMLFlemmer
The technology.
SarahMLFlemmer
What is the R Case?

I asked Case if he believes man has set foot on the moon and he answered it is not something he has researched. I am afraid that our Mr Case is a conspiracy theorist. He also believes in telepathic technology.
SarahMLFlemmer
I don't think that we landed on the moon either. =P
SarahMLFlemmer
I think Google can, I just mention something and an add pops up my my phone. I think it can track our eye movements too.

My favorite conspiracy theory is the one where people say filmmaker, Stanley Kubrick was involved in staging the moon landings for NASA. They sought out his expertise in filmmaking to create the Apollo moon landing footage. It was shot on a movie set lol. Furthermore, According to these conspiracy theorists, Kubrick left 'clues' for us in his movie, The Shining. I find it cute…

Crackpots like David Case are not worth your time.
Stuart-T
Sarah that is not mind reading. If Google hears you say the word "cheese" - it may bombard you with cheese ads. That is just voice recognition. Eye movement tracking is also not mind reading.
Stuart-T
Zfire oh yes I have heard that one. The burden of proof is always on the claims. Claims are not the same thing as evidence.
SarahMLFlemmer
@Stuart-T to be fair, it doesn't seem like we're that far off into developing (if we don't already have) something like that. We've advanced in technology so much in the past 20 years. Why wouldn't this be available??
Stuart-T
You surprise me Sarah - a tinnitus sufferer should understand more than most people how limited technology actually is when it comes to the brain. If we can't solve the issue of the brain sending these stupid noises into our ears we certainly haven't a prayer of converting brain waves into words. At the moment this is not possible and we are maybe centuries away from achieving any such thing.
