I'm about to go low carb as well - Paleo in particular. Apparently Keto (even more low carb) is used as a treatment for epilepsy. So I can see how it might work for tinnitus as well.
I normally eat porridge apple mush and banana in the morning so I killed that and now eat 1 egg 1 sausage + small piece of wholemeal toast. Plus I avoid carbs rest of the day. No pasta no rice no potatoes no cake cookies etc. Not zero but maybe 1/3 of what I was eating. My T is usually like a fast rushing hiss and is now like a low rushing hiss.
