I can relate to your post in many ways <3

I see so much hope for you though - seriously. You are still very early in & there are many people who see positive changes over time, or even have their tinnitus disappear.

One thing that helps me get from one day to the next sometimes is to tell myself that it won't be like this forever - I try to believe that. Even if T remains, there's a significant probability that it will change for the better over time... whether that's due to a decrease in actual volume, our perception of it, or our response to it.

So maybe hold onto that... this isn't likely to be forever. It may be like this for quite some time now, but it won't be forever. Hugs!

@MadeleineHope Thank you for that. I know both of us are early in this game and you are right. The majority of cases get better but that doesn't mean we won't struggle until then! You're early in too. You could be completed healed as well.

Just doesn't seem fair does it?! We were trying to make ourselves better and it turned on us. It hurts, but we have to try to find happiness with this life whether T gets better or not.

@Tryn2BHopeful Do you have T in both ears and have you seen any improvements yet? Yes it seems very unfair! This condition is bullshit.
