I take 100mg of l-theanine before bed and in the mornings, it helps calm me. Only been doing it for a week now but I think it works. Life extension is the brand I got.
I hear magnesium glycinate and l- threonate can help to. Caution on supplements though when using other medicines, make sure it's OK to use them together. Things like St. John's Wort and valerian root might not play well. Most of these things calm your mind and relax you to support sleep
After doing lots of research on most of the supplements that are included in this supplement (prior research) my humble suggestion would be to purchase them separately & try one at a time. This way, you'll be able to regulate your doses much better & figure out what works for you.
