I have said this before... only took it once and had a nightmare about my toilet killing me... woke up in a panic and couldnt fall back asleep and that was with just 4mg

I get a lot more vivid dreams with melatonin but thankfully they aren't usually nightmares.

That's crazy! When I first got T it didn't do a darn thing for me, barely anything did.
