@SarahMLFlemmer The last months were so quiet, quieter and quieter in fact, so much that I had complete silence during the day and the faintest sounds at night. I shouldn't even complain for a spike as I know many here have it so much harder than me, but the slightest setback is enough to awaken the anxiety born from tinnitus trauma...
