Yes taking it for sleep. With its many side effects weight gain is one. I am diabetic and long term that won't work for me. If I can sleep without it and it has no negative effect on my T I would rather not take it
I think that's how most people feel - not taking it if don't need it. But some people delay or refuse, just putting themselves in misery. Hope you are able to keep the weight under control and don't experience bad side effects.
@4Grace That sounds psychological, not physiological. How long ago did you stop? If they can make feel better with no significant side effects, it could be worth it. But that's for you decide.
Yes, sorry about that …. My patience typing what I feel is always thin… My grammar and spelling is often poor… sometimes because I am walking when I come on here. You are so correct with the meds. I think I need the Mirt but scared to take it. I had some side effects when I took it. No meds agreed with me. It was not psychological
The ability to cope is tied to the level of T. I know they say it's the reaction to the T that matters, which is obviously true but at the very least the level of difficulty increases with the level of sound. My T is impacted by everything. What I eat, when I move, with sounds…I see people having good days and wonder if it's just me.
