Are you using any masking sounds regularly for sleep?
SarahMLFlemmer
Let me know if you find anything that helps. I'm having a hard time with "relaxing" with T too.

@RunningMan Typically soothing meditation sounds but it doesn't mask the T by any means. I'm trying to take a break from the sounds maybe help the inflammation go down.

@SarahMLFlemmer I seem to be experiencing another spike today. So that doesn't help the case lol

My T seems lowest when I have earplugs in... Masking never works unfortunately. However I understand that I should not overprotect so I just deal with it.

You guys are incredible. Honest. I know it's hard but you guys almost make it sound easy. I cannot believe your T is lowest with earplugs in… I wonder how that works. That sounds so promising. I use crickets for sleep. At first annoying as hell. Then it grows on you. Certain frequencies played low worked for me. The calming sounds not so much.

@4Grace Same here. Youtube video called Thousands of crickets cicadas & katydids. That's been my main one going back over a year. I play it loud enough for partial masking all night long, in stereo to each side of me using bluetooth speakers.
