Generally, as sounds cause my T to react. Though mine goes up and down all day.
RunningMan
I think mine is loudest in the morning after I wake up and after exercise.

Yeah.

Mine does the same. Maybe neurogical processes getting exhausted. It's honestly a great question I would also like to know the answer.

Yes it's referenced as " winding up tinnitus "

@Ryan Scott Maybe something to do with brain chemicals changing with winding down and getting ready for sleep? Idk

@Joe Cuber You're probably right.
Ryan Scott
@Mo8409 The only thing I can relate it to is my brain after studying for about 8 hours when I was in college. I just remember after studying for long periods of time my brain would just started shutting down regardless of how much coffee I would drink. We know from this perspective the neurological processes definitely loose their efficiency throughout a day.

Maybe its the same with tinnitus, the brain just gets less efficient in deciding what to do with it. Or maybe it's kind of like when we exercise how the body is more efficiently as shuttling lactic acid until it no longer can and then its composition begins to rise in the bloodstream.
Ryan Scott
Maybe throughout the day a particular neurochemical's composition begins to increase. It is a fascinating question and very important in my opinion.
