Unfortunately help is limited as there is no single direct cure.
An audiologist can check your hearing, and possibly recommend hearing aids or maskers.
An ENT can check for physical abnormalities.
A counselor or CBT professional can attempt to help with the stress of dealing with it.
A massage and acupuncture can help with stress
These are the main options and solutions

I think I have seen every specialist that exists. I have been to many an emergency room. My conclusion, we need to get back to living life to the fullest. What makes this difficult is that it's a modified life. So, we need to find a way to accept a modified life for now and live it to the fullest.

Treatments, NOT cures. TRT through an audiology center and prescription medications from doctors are other common treatments for anxiety, depression, and insomnia as a result of tinnitus. Then there are other treatments/practices mentioned on TT like meditation, LLLT, exercise, diet changes, etc.

While living we can hang on to the very real hope that things, including T will get better and the best chance of it getting better is doing exactly what I mentioned. Is this easy, no, but others have done it. Do I think you can do it, 100 percent. I have also come to the conclusion that many of us had some issues in life prior to T.
