@MiaVIL - have they ruled out myclonus or TTTS ear spasms?

I told my ENT this and she said that it's tinnitus...that it can be individual for every person :( It feels like vibrating wings or bugs all around my head and ear. I think my middle ears need more ventilation. That has to be it

@MiaVIL - is this a flapping noise you can hear, or a flapping you can actually feel in your ears, almost like a thumping?
Is it like the feeling of a butterfly flapping their wings directly in your ear as if there were - or like a the sound of a bee or fly buzzing?

@DeanD I can hear it and sometimes I feel like I can feel it but I am not too sure if it's my brain playing tricks on me. It comes on while I am laying down. Not a bee. It's butterflies flapping their wings and sizzling. It's horrendous. I don't know what to do. It gets into my head as well. It all started while laying down.
