Hi. Sorry to hear. Can you expand further on your sinus issue. Shortly after my T started, I began to have bad headaches which led to me needing a sinus surgery.
What happened was that one of my frontal sinus cavities in the forehead was blocked and was not able to drain. It was ballooning and crushing the other sinus cavity causing pain.
