I usually use my 20db plugs when out in public if it's exceptionally loud. Maybe try something with a lower decibel reduction? I used mine in London and that helped :) My H has only gotten better.

Im so sorry that's the case. I empathize with you, that ultra high static electricity that is reactive is a definition of debilitation. I hope it passes for you soon and improve over time.

@ErikaS thanks hun I hope it passes also. I've been bed bound the last 2 days… And I agree, feels like your brain is constantly being electrocuted. So horrible! I'm hoping you are seeing better days my friend
