I have heard Glycinate and l-threonate (passes the blood brain barrier)

You noticed no effect because it just doesn't do anything for us. I've tried many forms: chloride, oxide, glycinate, citrate, on various doses, on and off for periods and didn't have any effect on any of my ear problems (T, fullness, TTTS, MEM).

@Tryn2BHopeful excuse my ignorance, but this is a good thing ? Are you trying to say that it's more effective in reaching the Central nervous system ?
