I get a low bass like hum, but not all the time... its been pretty prevalent today but mostly in the presence of silence. IE it goes away immediately with most sound, outside, or open venues. It happens almost always after driving... Its frustrating at best... IDK WTF it is...

I guess I could call it that @Tryn2BHopeful because it is there in silence but tends to go away as you said, however it has a bit of a physical feeling to it which is why I feel its my actual middle ear muscles. For example as soon as I finish talking, its there as if it was exacerbated by talking. Also, ever since T onset, when I park my car after driving, I have the vibrating in my right/damaged ear.
I do feel stress has an impact on this, and I want to wean off the Remeron because that has been known to give this sensation. I have been on such a low dose (3.75mg) before bed but its been like 10 months of it so I think it may be best to clear that out and see.
