Sorry to hear that. Still working myself, its not always easy but I think if I were doing nothing this condition might actually be worse for me somehow.

Try to keep working in some form, I know it's hell but having some meaning is important even if part time. How is the reactive side to your T?
Juliane
@Tryn2BHopeful Thanks. I agree completely. And I do enjoy my job a lot - I just can´t do a full time schedule. Don´t think I ever can again. This condition is so debilitating. At least for me. I need plenty of time to recover from this constant torture and it´s not feasible with a full-time schedule.

@Cmspgran I agree and do intend to keep working for as long as I can. My T is super reactive. It spikes even from online meetings although I am not wearing a headset. Part of the reason why I need to go part-time. My ears can´t deal with all the meetings. How are you? Has your T improved at all?

@Juliane - very sorry to hear. I have a very stressful position at work. I agree, you have to stay busy. After 23 years in the position I am still on a break due to T. It's very hard not working but don't think I would be able to manage at work. Hope things work out for you.
Juliane
@4Grace Thanks for your always kind words. I think what you are doing is the only right thing. You need a break. Work is not life. Your health comes first. YOU come first. Hope things work out for you too

@Juliane I am not sure I have a choice even if I wanted to. My family depends on me. Hopefully I can pull through.
