Thank you @4Grace. It does help because I simply am not capable of taking on full time work with this condition. So in that way it was the right decision. Life is still tough though. How have you been?

@Juliane - hello. Good to hear. I have been worsening. If it did not worsen so easily I may have been better. My mental health is taking a beating. Trying to stay off the meds but thinking I may need to go back on… again. It's so loud now it's insane. Anxiety 110 percent all day. Depression setting in real nice.
@4Grace This just breaks my heart to read. I am so sorry you are worsening. I completely understand how this affects your mental health. Any idea why it's worsening? Have the meds helped you before or made you worse? If they helped you, I don't think you should feel bad for needing them. Are you isolating a lot or still seeing people?
