@Tryn2BHopeful, you could try hearing aids. They are helping me a lot today. I have Widex Moment model. Also, if I don't get good sleep my tinnitus is much worse. I have severe sleep apnea and need to use a Bi-Pap machine. I have a bad left TMJ that could be making my left ear worse.
@just1morething I have to go back to the audiologist... they were pretty dismissive, I have normal hearing in the standard range, so I got the well you can't use hearing aids. So I asked about WNG's and got the well those are expensive try white noise on your cell phone. I was only 2 months in at the time so that might be why.
No sleep apnea, but I slept crappy last night. Also not sure on the WNG's myself because my T tends to be reactive to broadband sounds like white noise.
