Following this with interest. My reactive element has definitely got noticeably worse. My triggers are: my cooker fan, whilst driving, whilst running or walk when it's a bit windy. Some sounds like grey noise trigger it also. Hateful to say the least

Are you using in ear WNG or something else?

Hi friend <3 all is not well but we survive the best we can. Thank you for letting me know you are doing this, what are source are you using to listen to these? A small, good quality speaker? I would do ANYTHING to desensitize sound sensitive tinnitus.

@hopefuldede yes my triggers have been the same also for the past (15 months). I can't take waiting around anymore I'm gonna use myself as a Ginny pig cause the reactivity component needs to be eliminated already

@Tryn2BHopeful ill be using a decent shelf speaker sitting 10ft away from my bedside. 4hrs in morning 4hrs at night. Even if I spike i will push through it

@ErikaS I'm always wishing the best for you my friend. Last night after using the pink noise my Tinnitus shot up to ultra dog whistle pitch like I told @Tryn2BHopeful i am gonna keep at it and hope my reactivity eventually adapts to being masked . This is my last hope

@Sammy0225 I use a fan all night on low... it doesn't mask it but by morning it's less reactive... but sadly it's rinse and repeat every night. My T would be much easier without the reactive component but I'm not that lucky I guess

@Tryn2BHopeful I wouldn't be on this site nearly as much if my T wasn't reactive. It is what keeps me from living my life normally. I have a Zoom interview with the head Neurologist from NeuroCytonix this coming Tuesday. Their technology combines radio frequency within a magnetic field that stimulates progenitor cells within the brain to grow new neural pathways...

They completed a clinical trial for cerebral palsy that was very successful, and are moving onto other areas including TBI, stroke, early onset dementia, Covid neurological issues, etc. I can share how the conversation goes if people here are interested. This is their website, https://www.neurocytonix.com
